My goal to enhance the level of performance by sharing the knowledge and experience that I was privileged to gain through the years studying with excellent teachers, performing with wonderful colleagues on many stages, teaching students in different phases of their development, (ranging from beginners to postgraduates), as well as my extensive doctoral and post-doctoral research on teaching methods for gifted young cellists, all served as inspiration to record these videos. Ideas on certain topics, specific works from the repertoire, as well as performance techniques are shared and explained.

I hope that these videos will inspire you to search for excellence in yourself and in the music you perform. It would be wonderful to work with you individually as well, and to assist you to maximize your performance through customized lessons.

Apart from individual lessons, I also offer a series of intensive booster courses, both online and in person in Vienna, Austria. These courses are customized to meet your needs, for example to prepare for a  competition or examination, or to work on certain technical matters or specific repertoire. Affordable packages with various accommodation options, are available. Please contact me directly at to discuss these options.
